Clinic Update During State of Emergency

I wanted to send an update that our clinic is NOT affected by the recent lockdown and stay at home order.  We will remain open with our existing hours.  All regulated health professionals are considered an essential service under the state of emergency and you can leave your home to visit us.

Since police and local bylaw officers may be issuing fines for people violating the stay at home orders, if you are stopped on your way to an appointment with us, please contact us and we will provide you with documentation to confirm your appointment.  We will not be providing any false documentation to anyone that did not have an appointment scheduled.

There are slight restrictions that we now have, under the current province wide lockdown, our building is locked and you cannot gain access unless you have an appointment scheduled at our clinic so please call ahead.

Given the rising case numbers, if anyone feels nervous or uncomfortable about being in the clinic with other people, please reach out to us and we can try to find you a more quiet time to come in. We are working diligently to keep people safely distanced while in our clinic.

If anyone has any questions or are curious what steps we are taking to keep the clinic safe, please feel free to email me.

Stay safe, stay strong, and we will all get through this!

Yours in Health,
Dr. Matthew Hannikainen
