This involves chiropractic adjustments to your lumbar spine, a corrective postural adjustment and then we need to start modifying your workplace ergonomics and get you doing exercises at home. To truly correct the cause of the lumbar facet irritation, you need to do all of those, exercise alone will help, but it won't fully correct the issue.
