We are running a fun little contest in our chiropractic office in downtown Toronto and we are opening the contest up to anyone who wants to participate! You don't have to be a current patient to be entered in the draw for a 1 hour massage!
Here are the rules to qualify for the draw:
You must answer all five questions listed below correctly. All the answers are on our website you just have to find them.
Answers must be submitted to us directly through our contact us form on our website. You must provide us with your correct contact information, if you win and we attempt to contact you, you have 24 hours to respond before we re-draw so check your email or text messages to see if you win and respond quickly.
All answers must be submitted by Thursday June 20th, 2019 at 5pm. Any late submissions will not count.
